Payments Accepted/Where We Ship

Note re shipping: We keep our prices fair and transparent by charging what shipping and insurance costs us plus cost of boxes and packing materials; we do not falsely inflate our shipping costs.   What follows is a summary of shipping information; see "Terms & Conditions" for more comprehensive information about shipping.

We ship to all 50 Continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii;  Canada, the United Kingdom,  Western Europe, and Australia.   Note:  Rules for transacting business with countries of the EU are currently in flux.   We do pledge to observe EU data privacy restrictions but will not know until after August, 1, 2016 whether we're authorized to transact business with EU.

U.S. & Canadian Customers:  (Other International Customers See  Section 4 Below)

1. Shipping Times.  We ship within 1-2 days of receiving cleared payment except Sundays, to the address on  record with Paypal or Stripe--no exceptions regarding the address.

2.  Payments Accepted:  Paypal or Stripe. Layaway accounts (available to U.S. and Canadian citizens) have other payment options available. 

3.  Layaway is available  for orders over U.S. $200.00 (including shipping) to buyers in the United States & Canada only.  Special terms apply, and items will NOT BE SHIPPED UNTIL PAYMENT IN FULL IS CLEARED BY OUR U.S. BANK. 

To open a layaway account, approval must  be obtained in advance by emailing us at TalktoMe@YsabelVintageOnline.com with your  name, mailing address,  city, state and country, zip or postal code,  best valid e-mail address and valid phone number along with the items you wish to purchase using our layaway plan.  DO NOT PUT THE ITEMS IN YOUR SHOPPING CART, as the layaway plan is set up and operates differently. 

LAYWAY ACCOUNTS:   After prior approval by us, 1/3 payment of the total is required within 24 hours of establishing the account, that is:  1/3 of the total order amount, including shipping (divide total by three) must made via Paypal or Stripe to hold the items.   Wait to receive a bill for the initial down payment amount.

 Layaway Payment schedule:

1/3 due within 24 hours of establishing layaway account

1/3 due 30 days after date of the first (initial) payment

Final payment due in 60 days. 

For layaway acounts only, we accept  alternate payment methods with prior approval only: U.S. and Canadian postal money orders, valid cashier’s checks issued by U.S. and Canadian chartered banks, or any combination of the above.  If paying by mail, send to:  Ysabel Vintage Online, Post Office Box 13068, Mill Creek, WA, 98082, U.S.A.  Contact us at the email address above to request prior approval for payment methods other than Paypal and Stripe.

Be sure to set up your own payment reminders, as we take no responsibility for reminding you.

Important information:  Payments via methods other than Paypal and Stripe may take up to fifteen (15) days to clear, and will not be credited to your account until they do.  Putative buyers who submit counterfeit, forged, or otherwise falsified payment will lose their layway privileges with no further notice, and the items will be returned to stock immediately.  

WARNING regarding counterfeit, forged or otherwise falsified money orders, cashier’s checks, and other forms of payment:  if your payment is rejected by our U.S. banking institution for the above reasons, your layaway account will not be credited, and any paper document(s) representing payment will not be returned, and may be turned over to state and federal law enforcement authorities.   In that event, we will inform you at the address you have provided when establishing the account.  Any valid payments received on the account will be refunded in a reasonable period of time, less any expenses we incur with respect to your account, including but not limited to credit and other card and interchange fees, Paypal fees and Google Wallet fees, telephone calls & postage. 

4.  International Buyers, including Canada

International shipping is via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail International or First Class Mail, both signature required.  International shipments will be insured for the sale value, no exceptions.   Please allow up to 45 days for your shipment to arrive  (including time to clear customs).

Any import duties, taxes & related charges are not included in our prices or shipping charges and are a separate charge that will be due to your local authorities upon receipt of your shipment.  Please don't ask us to falsify the price paid or mark your purchases as gifts; doing so is illegal.

Payment must be made with Paypal instant payment or the Stripe equivalent.  No e-checks from buyers outside the United States will be accepted.  No exceptions will be made.
